Hello thejager! All will be well and you'll have your baby soon! I too sweat a little on my Vela, I ordered when you had to go through the modders forum on UKVAPERS. I had just placed myself on the list and sent my money. I logged on to UKV and they were offline due to a hack, or so they say... I didn't know my status for 2 days! I felt I was the ONLY ONE NOT in on a joke... Then I was informed of the Caravelamods.pt website.. This was the first mod coming from over seas I had ordered not to mention from a forum's modders section in the UK. I was lucky to get on the second list as he ran 40 for the first time and let me slide in at 81, the second run was 84 I think. After many e-mails with Pedro I knew he was genius and this would be the best mod I had ever owned. You have quite the arsenal yourself!!! I just posted a mod and now will only own a Caravela 3 mode and, when it gets here, a COV Edition GGTS with my Ody waiting on my Cara right now. These are the only to makers I'll probably own. But, I will still go broke buying all of their latest innovations. Take care!
just a question.....is my math right. do these cost 250 dollars .. was trying to figure it all out using the order sheet on page 1.. i think it came to 160 euro's for just a unit no extra tubes.. which i believe is just about 250
Before all the shiny stuff, or extra tubes. MUST you remind me? I like the way it sounds in Euro much better.
The extra tubes are a deal! I have 4 tubes and 2 sets of tops & bottoms coming, in different finishes. For that, I can make many combinations of sizes/finishes/contrasts. It's like getting half a dozen or more Caravelas, although I can only use 2 at a time.
I guess this is as good a spot to post as any...I don't like bothering Pedro on the Caravela.pt site
So, all of the Caravelas on List #6 are done, getting paid for now and just need to get engraved? I hope I understand the process right. So, next he will move to the list that is coloured blue and violet, or all of those ones that simply say "reserved", or both at once? Basically, to what serial numbers is he working on next?
I'm #363 and someone said that Moueix (364) is in the next batch and I'm a bit confused.

The way I read it, is the list that has all the reserved spaces was the previous "alternate" list. If you noticed, there are now blue rows in list 6, those look like they were people on that alternate list that got moved up to the 6 list.
When they open up the new list, it will be those on the previous alternate list first. Those reserved spaces will then be filled with the people on our list, which is now marked as the alternate list, who want to move up. Some may want to keep their current number, some won't. Some are previous purchasers who chose those serial numbers, as is their right. They won't want to move up. I also think a few of the CHOICE "reserved" numbers are reserved by Pedro for contests, friends or past customers. Like the even hundred numbers for instance.
I "might" make it if enough get moved up off the previous alternate list (ie, someone on list 6 doesn't pay or wants to move farther down for current lack of funds), and enough of those above me on our list don't want to move up. That will then create empty spaces on the list we are now on, which will be the next alternate list. You will have the option to move up or keep your number before I have the option. VSummer will have the option after I do, etc. Or that's how I'm reading it.
Anyway, I think each list ends up being ~50 new Serial numbers. The list above us is far less than that. So if you count, it looks like you will definitely make it, and I might or might not. Also, I think that the SN's with stars don't count towards the 50, because they are current owners who are getting more parts and keeping those new parts to their old serial number.

Next batch has mine in ti 269 after that its the batch with 311 and 325 and the batch after that has 350 lol
Wow, I'm even more confused now, neither of your faults. Haha I am going to re-read your responses and see if I can make sense of what's going on.
Here, let me make it simple. I believe you are definitely in the next batch. I'm at the cutoff but LongHaul is going to keep 350, he picked it on purpose, so I'll probably make it, near the bottom.
Yeah, if LongHaul cancels all his orders, then everyone will make it.

Yes, it is an awesome number. I wouldn't mind 357 either. It's an awesome caliber and would match my attys.
Wow, haha. You guys make all this waiting more fun. I'm thinking we should start an official Caravela chat thread on ECF, I mean all the other "Fan-Boy" Mods have one.
