I've taken pride that my silver bullet has survived months without a single blemish. Tonight on the way home my headlights started flickering which freaked me out. So I pulled over to check out the situation. I flew out of the the car and so did my silver bullet that was on my lap. There are a few scratches on the top which I know will annoy me for years to come. I also dinged my bella tank. My provari isn't perfect either. My goofy self kept it in my pocket with my keys for the longest. There are light surface scratches. Oh the humanity. Sorry about the pic sizes I don't know how to resize with my phone. Share your pics as well if you like.

Here is my E-Power 14650 tonight. It's 1050 mAh, 3.7V and uses a long Smoktech 2.0 ohm XL Carto and drip tip. 6.5 inches long overall. I've been using it since October 2011, full-time since April of 2012.

Here it is photographed three weeks ago under sunlight. You can see wear through the nickel plate finish on the switch module. Most Ego, KGo, etc. APV batteries never live long enough (more than a few months) to show this kind of wear on the nickel plate finish. The E-Power 14650 is still kickin'. I buy 1050 mAh ICR bateries for this for $3.90 apiece.

On the back side where my index finger fits you can see red metal. To the best of my knowledge this is the red brass base metal, not copper. It lies beneath the nickel and yellow brass finish plates.

Plenty of scars. The stainless steel parts hold up very well. No complaints about the rest of E-Power 14650 construction. During warm weather I use the E-Power 14650 without the cone. During the winter (when I want to retain heat in the carto) I leave the cone on.

I've dropped my Chucks a whole bunch of times in the last three years plus.
I think my Chargers Chuck fell off the table onto our stone tile floor at least twice tonight alone.
:)

No scratches that I'm aware of yet, but I'll take a look tomorrow in the daylight and see if I can find any.

If it ever lands on the switch, I imagine that is gonna be the end of that switch.
But so far, the Gods of Vaping must be watching over me.

My ego 650 mah looks like it has been run over by a lawnmower but it still works great! Just doesn't look good :)

I got a couple of 1000mah twist that are that way. I tried to use a red marker to mark the 4.0 volt line (eyes aren't that great anymore) and after I turned it a couple of times it looks like it's been bleeding. Just gives it personality. Vmax has scratches all over it. If it ain't scratched or bumped then it ain't used.
