No but you could be sensitive to some of the ingredients. You could be getting nic sick from over dosing your juice or the base your buying could not be what it claims. Its hard to say, I have been making my own for a couple years with no ill effects but I have a friend who is sensitive to the base I use and I taught him how to mix he now uses wizard labs for his nic, I use ecigexpress or nude nic.

Is it possible to get sick from vaping too much? I am vaping constantly through the day and it is usually the juice I make that I'm using. Is it possible that because I make my own not in a lab without facemasks that could be getting me sick?
Are you using a high concentration of nicotine to mix with? That's one of the biggest possible issues with DIY, especially if you're using very high nic level. As far as physically sick, if you're feeling bad go to a doctor. I'm not one.

It is possible for vaping too much to make you sick, but probably not because you are not wearing a facemask when you make your eliquids. It could be too much nicotine, or perhaps the ingredients you are using. Or maybe even you are dehydrated. What are your symptoms? If it's bad, as yesffuhler said, please see a doctor.

Nic sick is usually what happens when you vape too much with a high concentration. Happened to a guy that just bought a new toy at the vape shop and went overboard...
BTW, awesome screen name!
100mg/mL too much? the calculator I use says to 18 drops for a 15 mL bottle at 6mg/ml nicotine. Which is the highest I usually vape at. Also, thanks! The screen name was an idea I had many years ago and use it for everything pretty much. Since my skin tone is white my name is Ty and last initial is T. :p

Haha, I'm always interested in nickname...my real name is Mike...and there are just too many of those in the world, so people started calling me Thailand...then Thai, then just "T".
But back to the original question, maybe you're just getting a cold, or allergies? It is the season for that. But I'm no doctor, just a lowly engineer. :)

Exactly what I was thinking. However, I just started vaping a lot since about 3 weeks ago since I started making my own ejuice and it is very inexpensive in the long run. Before I got all that, I quit smoking cigarettes recently but vaped at the same time when I did. Went straight to vaping and had a cough for about 2 weeks. It probably was vapors cough, but for 2 weeks? Then there is this now.

You could have the "coughs" for a little bit...basically your body adjusting to the lack of ash and tar. Its a good thing actually.

If you feel really bad, I would see a doc, but if it just some minor issues, try some OTC cold medicine.

I'm not a doctor, and you know your body better than any of us!

Northern NJ native , Coastal NC now.
Try different flavorings next time because i would bet the house it's not anything else mentioned . Too much nic will make your sweat and feel dizzy with stomach pains where you feel you have to lay down for awhile .

Mt.Baker Vapor uses, by and large "FlavorWest flavorings which i can't vape much either , i use other flavorings now and no issues at all .

100mg/ml nicotine solution is something to be carefull with.
There are a bunch of warnings you should see stickied in the DIY liquid forum if you go check over there.
