The continuous vaping was the main side effect for me. Its hard to get the same nicotine sagtisfaction for your body when vaping......even using 24 MG Nic

I have a sister in law that cant vape because it makes her teeth hurt so very bad. I DIY and I mixed her up a wide range of juices from all PG to all VG with no luck. When she stops vaping, it takes about 6 to 7 hours for it to go away.

Never couold figure out that one. Too bad.

That's crazy, I just started vaping more as I'm down to a few smokes a day. The teeth on the left side of my mouth hurt, right side is fine... I'm so confused but now know it's not just me.. If one of ya all figures it out & you happen to remember can you shoot me a PM as I will do the same. Ty

No tremendously negative side effects at all, by far tremendously positive side effects, but I did have:

1.) cravings for a cigarette. I just vaped heavily right through them and killed off the urges. Subsided in a few weeks.
2.) WILD, CRAZY taste buds / vapors tongue ranging from 'couldn't taste a damn thing' to 'holy cow, I can taste every subtle little flavor and ingredient'. It was really wild. It eventually settled down to where I can taste every little subtle flavor and ingredient now, which I am really enjoying. It's amazing what your taste buds miss when numbed or damaged from smoking.

I'm really interested in the 'teeth hurting' issue, which apparently doesn't respond to any change in refills etc.

Only thing I can think of ATM is the vacuum effect, which is well-known for causing 'dry socket' after a tooth extraction (a very painful result of the healing blood clot shifting due to suction). After a tooth extraction you're warned not to use a straw for drinking.

- Dry mouth (cotton mouth in some cases)
- Dehydration
- ........
- Insomnia
- Throat Irritation (scratchy throat)

These are the most common, mind you not everyone will expierence these and some of the above only happen in extreme cases such as ......... That said it does happen especially when new vapers start off at high doses of Nicotine and that's generally when the most problems happen. Once your body is used to vaping all these tend to go away.

I started to get canker sores 6 weeks into switching, never got them when I smoked. I also dipped skoal and got them occassionally. I have read alot of the posts here, seems I am not alone. They hurt like hell, I also started to get tooth pain, more like a sensitivity than pain and jaw clenching? Don't know why other than possibly stress related to quitting. I really have not had intense cravings for analogs since switching, in fact I am repulsed by the smell. I was a 2 pad smoker so that is quite amazing to me.I made up my mind in the 1st month that I WILL NOT go back to analogs. I really enjoy vaping and have persevered through the adverse effects be it quit related or possibly other effects.I have cut some of my higher nic juices with VG because in the beginning they were helping me stay off cigs, I find I don't need that amount now.I really wish there were some easy answers to why I have gotten sores this late into the game. I switched suppliers but it is really hard to narrow it down to what causes the sores. They are better now but I still wonder....
