Anyone hear about the new 100 watt sig holiday box that's suppose to be out in December, I've only seen one guy on ebay not to sure it's legit....
Wish there was more info, I want that as well. I have no issue having two of these mods. In fact I'm selling some other older vape gear and setting that cash aside for when this holiday box one does become available.

I just ordered mine and am fairly new to the RDA scene. What is a good rule of thumb for your build versus selecting the right wattage for you build? I've been buying pre-made coils off of ebay due to inexperience and also lack of time. The coils I've been buying are as follows:

- 26g Twisted Coils @ .5ohm (I use dual coil so it brings it to .25ohm)
- 30g + 26g Clapton Coils @ .6ohm (I use dual coil so it brings it to .3ohm)
- 30g + 26g Clapton Coils @ .8ohm (I use dual coil so it brings it to .4ohm)
I use organic cotton for the above builds

I use all of these as dual coil in one of the following RDA's:
- Infinite clt
- Tug Boat v2
- Plume Veil
- Magma v2

Any advice on what kinda wattage I should be aiming for using the above coils / RDA's?

I would go to the Ohms Calculator and plug in different figures:

Ohm's Law Calculator

You put in your resistance and then a watts number or a voltage and it gives you good info. * make sure you have the right batts of course.
i.e. if you use the .25 ohms at 4v its going to be about 65 watts... and a good vape if the juice is wicking and the air flow is good.
But from there you can go up or down, or start lower to dial in your "sweet spot".

The calculator is just a good way to check your setup and what to expect, and overview of whats happening.

I've had mine almost a month (received Oct 6th) and haven't had any problems - love it so far. It's been dropped multiple times from about 3 feet onto carpet, sometimes hitting the metal leg/feet of the side table I use as my vape station - nary an issue so far. It's my favorite and most reliable regulated mod, at this point.

Thinking I might get the Sigelei 100 watt Plus (the upgraded model) at some point, once the price comes down a bit. Or might get the Cloupor T6 - I know it has it's problems, but I've been looking for a 26650 regulated mod to use with 26650 RTAs.

Thanks for the advice guys! As far as batteries go, I have the purple efest 35a which i keep reading are only 20 amps which should still be ok for sub ohm builds right?
I also have the xtar 30 amp high drain batteries which I hear are rewrapped sony vtc4's.

Take a look at an Ohm's Law calculator to verify, but the quick check I did says you should be fine as low as a 0.3-0.4 ohm build @ 100 watts. I'd probably stay closer to 0.4 ohms for safety's sake. I typically vape an RTA 1.0 ohm dual coil build @ 30 watts, which only pushes about 5.48 amps, so I don't worry about it. Although I use Sony VTC5s (30a continuous), just in case I get a wild hair up my a** and decide to sub-ohm with a dripper, but I don't really do that too often! :)

Anyone see the Sigelei 100 Watt Plus that's coming out? It looks pretty, I'm assuming it's mostly cosmetic changes, but irritates me that it's coming out less than 2 months after the original shipped. I got the V2, and it's working great for me, but would have preferred the rounded corners shown on the Plus.

And it's on pre-order at Ebay for $98.88, if anyone is interested.

I'll probably snag the Sig 150 depending on the price point. I can only assume it'll have a spring loaded 510 like the 100+. I don't currently exceed 80W on my Sig 100 but I like the aesthetics of the 150 better than the 100+. I'm totally not feeling the waves on the side.

Kinda with you there man, I only vape around 20-35 watts but I don't like the milled side lines. I do like the look of the 150, and if I get it I will be wasting its potential but that is ok.

I love my Sigelei 100W V2 mod, I just want another one now to have two of them LOL
