How the hell do you get the white washer out of the top once you unscrew the 510 threading on the #20? that think is like glued in there or something.

On mine that was the easy part, just flipped it over and gave it a little tap. If you can't get it out, disassemble the whole head and see what they did to the washer when you get out the derlin housing.

This is also the case with mine...maybe Sigelei changed something else besides the spring and the fire button...

Yea, that thing is jammed in there crazy like... like it was way bigger, and forced in with a press. I don't think I'm getting it out.

I got the new model with the silver button. They must have changed it up. ...... I can't just sand the top down and adjust the pin to get things flush.

I like the #19 and the #8 way better than this thing

I wonder if they changed the shape of the delrin insert for the switch housing in the head. Maybe instead of adding a separate washer, they have simply added that shape to the insert at the top and it is no longer a separate piece.

Of course, they might have just glued the crap out of it like they have with some of the button assemblies.

You might need to disassemble the entire head to figure it out and shave things flush. Bummer.:glare:

Yes, I have read about the 13b issues. But it looks like some people here had the 13a as well. I'm looking at a 13a to go with my 8 and 21a.

Once our #13b from the coop was turned into the #13a with the replacement parts, it hits the dame as the #8. The only advantage of the #13a over the #8 would be if you want to run 18500's, as the telescoping will allow that. You can't run a kick in the #13a, at least not the Sigelei Chick, because the telescoping tube's diameter is too small.

If its tight it should come out with the top pin as the pin will push it out, that's pushing the top pin out from the bottom of course ;)

Thanks michliu. I should get the custom co-op #8 Monday, and I've got a 13a on order. I don't use a kick so no issues there.

I know what you mean. I've been paying attention to what others are doing to the 20, but I don't have the cajones yet to rip it apart and attempt anything. It would be great if you post some pics, good or bad. Good luck with it.

BTW, thanks for the reply on the CoOp thread. I'm still sitting on the fence, and need to make up my mind soon:thumb:

My #20 was great till the copper spring broke down. My #19 with Baps brass hybrid adapter and a modded switch has become my number one

I had the same problem with my #20. The spring heated up and deformed causing it to keep firing non stop until I took the battery out. I took the bottom pin out and I was able to get the spring back to normal and haven't had any more trouble really. But I haven't been using it too much after that I was was worried about it happening again. Last time it did, I didn't notice for a while until I went to hit it and it was really hot.
