They weigh a ton! They are only VW with the sensor to change wattage. They do have a YiHi chip in them.

BYW: I'm on my 3rd 18350 on the V3. If luck holds out that will be it for today.
I know what ya mean about heavy! My 26650 e-Huge is a brick! Heck I consider my V3s heavy in 18350 mode. 3 batts in one day? Ya running a 1.5 dual coil? I get a full day from an 18350 with a PT2 @ 2.4 with nr-r-nr coil.

Right now the K1 has a stock 1.8 (not sure if it is BDC or BVC) but it runs about 1 18350 per 1ml of juice. I can see why I initially moved to larger capacity tanks and batteries - I don't like refilling the tank out in the field and getting 'low battery' when your driving is very annoying. Add that these devices can't be USB charged the user has to swap batteries.

Since I'm vaping at 4.0-4.5V I'm thinking that once my handful of 18350's are charged I ought to try it in DUAL 18350 mode and see how many ML I can vape on a charge.

Please be careful about 'stacking' batteries. I've seen someone mention that there is a 'correct' way to do it with a ZMax and reference to info found somewhere in this thread. I never checked it out cuz I have had no need or interest in doing it.

    (sigh)
Actually, according to the V3 manual it works just like anyone would reasonably expect much like a standard 2 cell flashlight. Sadly my last two charged 350's went into my Vamo v10 so it will be a few hours before I can try the v3 in dual mode.

The other half is not up as of yet so I get to lean on a Griffin+Cuboid while she sleeps. (I only have to resort to the low output devices while she is up and around)

I do have one telescoping v5 - I wonder which one has more battery life? Outside of the top 'beauty ring' I see little difference between the two models or the vmax mini I have (the mini does not have the multiple battery options)

Thats ok. I've found that IMHO many ECF members are overly paranoid to the point of requiring professional help. You were just parroting what one of them (or not) may have posted early in the thread. No harm no foul.

There are those that claim that the only safe way to charge batteries is in an external charger while hovering over and actively supervising the charging. I have to laugh at such paranoia.

The V10 will only work in a 2x18350 configuration, otherwise a decent mod that lives in "the throne room". I have to swap the batteries every few weeks. Initially I thought the 3-button configuration would be easier but frankly I prefer the Sigelei single button menu system - just wish that 5 clicks turned them off. The only way to turn off a V3/V5 is to remove the batteries and not click 5-times to turn it back on.

I can't find my Vmax mini - it is around here somewhere.

The other half is having some spring time allergies and thinks my vapor compounds the issues she is having. One of the reasons I'm going 'retro' and revisiting low power/low output gear.

I'm waiting on a shipment of NiFe70 37AWG to build on my Nautilus RBA's so I can fire them on the V3/V5. In true VV mode the rising resistance of the NiFe70 acts like a governor which limits how hot the coils will get.

I agree about the paranoia thing. I would certainly get scolded about the batteries and chargers that I use if I mentioned it (whoops just did, didn't I?). I learned early on to take EVERY thing I read in here with a grain of salt maybe use it as guidance and find MY truth on my own. ;)

Yep I catch flak over the cheapo (7.95) Trustfire 2 bay charger that I have been using for over a year.

Foggy, stacking is fine, just start with a fresh/new pair of 18350s and label them T/B , for top or bottom and put them in the same each time as well as charging them together....in other words....married( the problems arise when one battery is weaker/one stronger...hence the married concept...they act as one so to speak....no wife swapping:)) I agree with your point of the urban legend/paranoia here on ECF George but you must consider the minimal expense going into an onboard charger in most mods that have replaceable batteries.......a XTAR VC4 runs 20$ on sale and is worth the price alone in its inherent design to prolong the life of your batteries.....My 2 cents guys, good to see the thread alive!!!!!( love my Sig tubes but im also a closet vamo junkie)

IMO the difference between dual 18350 and a single 18650 is amazing.

So you see better battery life in the dual configuration? I have three pairs, my Vamo v10 might just have to share with my Vmax v5 (I switched the dual configuration to the V5 as I have a SS one which looks ok fully extended, the Blue V3 I have does not look so good)

The few builds I have that are over 1.0 ohm range from 1.2-1.4 on other mods but won't fire on the V3 or V5. I thought the low end was 1.2 ohms?
