Sigelei Zmax V3 and V5 have an amp limit of 4.5 or 5.0 amps for a single battery, depending on where you read the info. I don't know the amp limit for 2x18350. I usually vape 6.5 watts with a 2.0 ohm carto. That pulls only 1.8 amps. I use eFest red 18500s rated at somewhere from 8-10 amps, again that value will vary with different sources. I have also used 15 amp batteries. They don't do any better at delivering 1.8 amps than the 10 amp batteries. If you have a V5 you can use Menu Item number 5 to read how many amps the rig is drawing. That's another of the V5 goodies.Curiosity question from another thread about batteries. I'm using the good 'ol efests and aw's in the Sigelei. I don't even know what amps they are off the top of my head. I got samsung 25r's for newer mods that required min 2O amps, assuming the mod required it even if I wasn't using high watts and low ohms.
What came up was the question that if someone wasn't vaping high watts or low ohms, that they didn't need 2O amp batteries and the batteries they used in their Sigelei / Vamo were just fine. IDK. Is it mod requirements or vaping style?
