I finnally got it the way I want. This one uses a 510 atty connector. Switch rating 2A@48vdc, 200,000 clicks electrical/1,000,000 mechanical. Using Ultrafire 18500 1600mAh battery. It will hold 2 CR2 batteries for 6v. Constructed from 6061 aircraft aluminium. Swith has flat actuator and is recessed into housing to virtually eliminates premature fireing of atty in your pocket. The casing is ready to accept engraving, painting etc., etc. I still have to polish it a bit as it does get scratched in my pockets. I have dropped it from head high several times to test durability this switch is a beast! Please let me know what you think of it. Good and bad.

Seems to be a different color in each photo !

Nice work :)

Must be really satisfying to have designed and machined the whole thing.

The color difference is from the lighting and removing dog hair from pics lol. My St. Bernard is shedding! Thank you for the compliment.
