Thanks for the quick answers. I assume that is for any nic concentration (36 up to 100).

What about refreezing? I probably won´t use the whole bottle in one batch of juice making. Is it best to freeze the whole bottle unopened and then use it up once it is thawed?

Sorry for all the questions but I have only been vaping 7 weeks (no cigs after 40 years) and I am a little under the gun with August coming.

I haven´t done any DIY yet. What I have done recently is get a quantity of 50/50 18mg nic no flavor and just add a small bottle of my favorite store bought juice. I don´t like the strong flavors but a little something is nice. It saves me a lot of money and helping me learn for August and beyond.

Better pore it to many small bottles each one should contain amount u use each time for DIY juice, this way you won't ruin the nicotine by defrosting and freezing it many times.

Or you can make many bases ( PG + VG + Nic , no flavors ) 100ml bottles and freeze them.

Water is the only element known to expand when frozen most other elements will contract. I've been freezing NIC in boston round glass bottles for nearly 4 years and have 16 120ml bottles and 5 1 liter bottles currently frozen. I've never had a bottle burst.

I will rebottle a 1 liter bottle into 120ml bottles. Each 120ml bottle will last me 4 - 6 months. This way your only removing enough NIC from the freezer that you will use up in a reasonable amount of time before it ozidizes leaving the remainder in storage. When those 8 120ml bottles are used up break out another liter and refill them and refreeze.

Another useful hint is when not using your every day working bottle of NIC store it in the refrigerator. It should stay good for close to a year. I also premix my base in 500ml batches and store that in the refrigerator. A word of caution though, Use all safety precautions expecially where young children and pets are concerned. If they have easy access to it re-think you storage solution.

So what I am understanding here is that it is fine to freeze pg,vg and nic but NOT ok to freeze them with flavorings?

Its ok to freeze it with the flavorings, its just best way to keep your base for random flavors, in case u will wanna do other flavored juices in future.

In my case i get tired of same taste all the time so i always mix 50ml of different flavor
