I honestly hate doing this but being ignored is the worse thing a vendor can do,
I was thrilled to find a local (LA) dealer in e-cig juice and products and placed an order for a battery I needed,
Later I saw that they had blue filler for carts and listed 901 blank carts at a fair price but they were out of stock, I didn't want to spend $6 for shipping on $1.50 worth of blue filler so I asked them when they were going to get in more 901 carts as well as another item they were out of stock on, I also asked if they could ship first class rather than priority to save on the shipping, I'm only 40 miles away from them and couldn't justify the shipping for such a small order,
Anyway,,,,a week goes by and no response on whether they will get the 901 carts in,
In the meantime my battery arrived from them and unfortunately lasted only 2 days,
I wrote them again asking about warranty etc,
Again no response,
It's now been over 2 weeks and still no response from them although they are proud to show they have new products available,
If they said,,,sorry Charlie,,,batteries have no warrantee,,,or anything, it would have been fine, At least they are alive and well and responding to their customers,
If they said,,,'I don';t know when or if I';ll get in 901's that would have been ok too,
The problem is they didn't have the decency to respond to either of my emails at all,
Yes,,,I'm upset that my battery is dead after 2 days and I expect and deserve,,paid for more,
But what really pisses me off is that they don't even say they don't care,,,I'm screwed,
They said nothing,
Not even the common decency to reply to either of my emails,
Sorry, SimplyJuice,,,,you lost a customer for anything in the future,
SimplyJuice just simply sucks on customer service,
