If you don't mind the size the innokin SVD 2.0 is a great tube mod. In 18650 mode it's a bit tall for my taste, but my wife has one and loves it. It's rock solid and works great up to 20W. It also comes with a smaller tube for 18350 batteries if you want something shorter.

You might want to investigate the ratings on the batteries you have. My OxyLED MD50 500 lumen LED flashlight uses standard 4.2v 18650 IMR batts. The one they sent me with it is blue and has no brand markings. From my online research, the Cree T6 LED sucks up about 2A in high power mode.

I use the same 18650 batteries I use in my mods in the flashlight. 10A is pretty low end these days. The old AW 18650 IMR is 10A and has been used in mods for years now.

For those looking for a good, bright LED low cost flashlight that will use your ecig 18650 batts, the OxyLED MD50 is $19.99 at Amazon. This review below says it stands up to testing as well as an $80 Streamlight.
