Single battery case?

So I am the type of guy who likes to carry as little as possible in my pockets. As of right now, I carry my battery and cart in one of those little sleeves that come with the order. It would be great if there was a hard plastic case that is just big enough to slide the battery into. Is there any chance a more secure single case will be coming out? Just a thought.

Good question, I would like to see a premium case.

I have been using the real thin one, but I think it's built to thin and too flimsy that during a busy workday, I am beginning to think that the buttons on my manual batteries are getting pushed.

Today as an experiment, I left a battery in my vehicle, and at the end of the day, it has plenty of power, as opposed to just half of the LED lighting up and needing charge very soon.

We need premium cases, and possibly in various types (single pen-style, cigarette-pack sized, etc.)

Oh yeah, it was really strange, some days when I carried the batteries in the case in my pants pocket, the battery LED would be dark on 50% or more of it (and would also need recharging almost immediately). It's like the ash tip would only light up in a small part of it.

Yesterday, I did not carry that battery in the case in my pocket, but left it in the car instead. It worked like new again, and the entire ash tip lights up.

I really suspect that the flimsy case is allowing the button to become pressed throughout the day, terribly depleting my battery.

That is actually caused by the LED being off center. It doesn't have anything to do with charging

It's a metal case. If it is getting squeezed hard enough to press the manual button, it would probably be dented.

Anyway, without a cart attached the LED would be the only drain, and that's very little power compared to the cartos. And it would only be on for 10 seconds before the cutoff is reached. Then it wouldn't activate again unless the button was released and pushed again. So unless you are repeatedly squeezing and unsqueezing the case, any power drain would be negligible.

And besides, couldn't you just turn the button to the side to prevent it even then? ;)

Well I always do turn the buttons to the side a little, but they don't stay like like that.

As for the LED, it does seem strange, looking at the pic above, but I'm sure that right now the entire ash lights up, and this was not so on the day I carried it with me that It only lit up a small portion of the ash, and it needed to be recharged soon.
I will give the case some more fair trials, I'll probably know more in a few days.

(P.S. I do think it would be nice to see more cases though. Single pen-styles, double pen-styles, cigarette pack shapes, etc. etc.)

Easy enough to fix. Pop the end-cap off, put a small plastic stick in there (a stirrer stick works great), and push it more to center. It's just a small board that can wander freely in there connected by two wires to the battery (on the negative side) and the main board (on the positive side of the LED)

Incidentally, the "technical" name for a small non-conductive screw driver is a "diddle stick", which is what I'd use to accomplish the job. :)

Right click the image, pull up the image properties. Follow that to the root domain. Click on E Cig Accessories. Click on E Cig Cases. Top row. $6.99.

Wow, have I been vaping too much? Go to that webpage, when the page comes up with those cases, put the mouse pointer on the window slider button at the right, and then move the page up and down quickly.
The cases move !!
Or do they? Is it just me? Or does everyone vaping see them moving also?

:)
