yepper , I like the P80, and for the price it is a 'rocking' deal of a device  - got two more today to maybe passout (then again maybe not) :D

got some bronze drip tips today to match my P80 bronze (now I think I'm cool)
Where did you find bronze drip tips?

:) nice job on the ten year anniversary :thumb:

the AL85 was a poor purchase when I got mine - it's just a weird, poor performing device :( (TC is bad)

I also think the P80 fire bar is harder than it should be (I always hunt around for the fire BUTTON, then realize...)

ever consider the primo mini  (the Aries tank can use the BB coils)

eightvape does a GREAT job ! one of my newer fav vendors... :D

VapeSmart
THANK YOU :)
Well....... yea, I have a Primo Mini as well (2 actually) lol. I think I may have a problem LOL. I wasn't TOO impressed with the ProCore Aries tank, it's not bad by any means, just kept going back to my BBB, even with the leaking lol. I don't use temp control and I'm a LOW wattage vaper (like 30, max lol), so hopefully it won't be too bad. Either way, with that price, I won't be too upset if it doesn't work out. I am totally impressed with eightvape.com! Wish I'd found them a long time ago!

The 'Burgh, PA.
having some issues with the fire button/bar being a little hard to push, but it's hard on my hand some times. I did learn that it can be loosened a little, and that has def helped.

MrsP...Did it just loosen over time...with use...or is there something (more "active") that you did to it ???

Nice to meet another low temp vaper! lol I'm averaging @ 28watts.
I like my Primo Mini as well, I think my issue is that I'm always looking for 'more'... typical woman huh LOL.

The guy at the vape shop I went to showed me the 2 black screws when you open the battery door, the 2 closest to the screen can be loosened.

So I got my the AL85 in TODAY instead of tomorrow (have I mentioned how much I love eightvape.com lol). My first thoughts, I don't necessarily think it's a bad buy, but it's not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I like the button/bar on it, a lot, but I wish it were thinner, more like the P80 or even the Primo Mini. Idk if it's OCD or just me, but I have to have 2 of whatever mod I'm using, I don't like having 2 different ones and I'm torn! I like the P80, but the bar's tough, I like the Primo Mini, but sometimes it doesn't fire right away when I push the button. I'll obviously give the AL85 some time, but I'm not sure I'm going to like it as much as the other 2.

Why do you have to have 2 of them? I'm the other way... I have to have 2 of the same tanks. I use 2 different liquids that switch between every night. It helps me avoid Vapers tongue.

I don't like wide mods either. Small is what I go for these days.

Maybe if you keep using your P80 enough your hand will get stronger and it will feel easier??? Just a thought.

a couple things that I didn't care for on the AL85

first off you can't lock out the ± buttons :-x
then you can't use the ± until you press the fire button first
and the menu is a good place for witness protection, ya get lost and nobody would ever find ya

then of course we mentioned TEMP CONTROL already... ;)

LOL Witness Protection! That's greatness! It does seem a little weird the way it's designed!

Ricks, I use 2 tanks as well, for the same reason. I get vaper's tongue BAD and quickly so I switch between the 2 setups throughout the day. That's why I have 2 mods, and like I said, it could be the touch of OCD that drives me nuts when it's not the same 2 mods (and tanks). As far as the P80, Idk how that works, I'm sure it's possible to build strength in hands, but with a spine that is literally collapsing and arthritis and fibromyalgia and..... well you get the point lol... I just don't like making myself any more uncomfortable if it can be avoided. My big issue is being undecided on a lot of issues, but when it comes to mods, if I find a flaw I try a different one and then stick with the lesser of evils. Again, may be OCD, but I always find SOMETHING that prevents me from loving whatever I'm trying. It really sucks! lol

I have back issues too. Hardware at L5S1. I have arachnoiditis now.

For the P80, What about getting a small rubber band and wrap it around the mod in the spot where it can make it easier to fire??? A nice flat black one wouldn't look too bad. Just a suggestion...
