Not looking for congrats, gang, but want to shout from the rooftops... tomorrow marks the start of six cig-free months for me. Sweet! All hail the good folks at V4L--and the good members of this forum--for making the journey so painless and even enjoyable. Hip, hip, hoorah! So glad I found my way here in early January. Life changing indeed.

Juist wondering about youse. How's your own anti-cig journey going these days? I hope you're finding mucho success as well.

Jeffree, we have the same quit date!!! woooohoooo!

Not to put any kind of a damper on our success, but by my count it is 5 months.....But still a huge deal!!!!!!!!

Nice coincidence! But darn, you're right about the number of months--I got too excited when I noticed today's date. Can I just resurrect this thread next month?

Glad to hear about your improved finances and lack of jail time, Maxx.

It has been over 3 months since I quit analogs...the same day I started with V4L. Life is so much 'cleaner' now.

No more smelly ashtrays, clothes, hair, etc.
No more guilt feelings while being huddled with the smokers.
No more worrying if I have enough analogs to last overnight.
No more planning trips around whether the hotel has a smoking area.

.....and on and on.

Smoking ran my life and I am so glad that's over.

Congrats to all who have made it with V4L!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
