Small pocket friendly RTA with top fill?

I'm going to rebuild the Avocado tonight. First build on Griffin last night blew me away. I went through 3 ml in about an hour, lol

I like my Griffin too, it's a beast for sure, good thing I make my own juice or I'd be broke.

No kidding about DIY juice! I'd never be able to buy gear if I had to buy vendor juice...even the low priced stuff.

I got the Avocado rebuilt. Previously I had a single vert and was not impressed. Tonight built 2.5 mm horizontal dual coils with SS316L. It's coming in at 0.28 ohms and producing clouds and flavor for days! Every bit as good as the Griffin, which I'd have never thought possible with a gennie.

Now I've got to figure out how to setup my DNA200 to use the SS in temp control mode...

Nice, glad to hear it, I've never had a Geni style tank before but I love this one.

The easiest thing to do is to grab the info from @DJLsb Vapes website. If you're lucky he has all the settings you need for your mod. If not you can still grab his profiles to load into your mod via escribe.

I was struggling with the Bellus as well. Tried all the different ways and just when I seemed to get it right it would leak. Not a whole lot but enough to bug me.

Anyhow what finally worked for me was making sure that it was vaped nearly dry. Vape that sucker until it's EMPTY then top fill very fast and cap it. Haven't had a drop leak for a while now.

Not sure how much of a leakage would bug you. But I find that if you build your wick where the cotton reaches the bottom of the juice flow gap there will be virtually no leakage (almost all my other RTA's I build it slightly above the gap). Also I make sure the tension of the cotton in the coil is quite strong (stronger than my other RTAs). In a nutshell this thing needs a bit more cotton than your usual RTA.

Just tried refilling it from the top with 1/4 tank left. There was some condensation on the airflow holes but IMO thats just how the tank is, the coil is sitting directly behind them.

i got the moonshot this week. it works great. build isn't the easiest, but after you do it a couple of times, it gets pretty easy. i had it in my pocket on it's side for about 3 hrs last night and no leaking. i also have a Diablo RTA clone, but i wouldnt trust it in my pocket. it leaks from the AFC sometimes. it performs pretty close to the moonshot and is easier to build.

I received my Moonshot on Thursday & have gone through about 6 tanks sof far. Yes, it's a bit of a pain to build, mostly due to me running single wire & not liking the way the screws capture it, the post holes are huge & really should have Clapton's. The flavor however is excellent, clouds bro, clouds & it's very leak proof. I like it, it looks sexy as all get out & performs very well.

I unfortunately ordered the Goblin V2 not the mini so that one will either be sold or returned so I can get the Goblin Mini V2.

i went 'back and forth' on the moonshot,, the SXK Corolla and the Fodi,,,,,,,,,,,,i watched a bunch of videos and decided on the SXK,, which doesn't seem too popular,,,,,,,,,,,,its currently on a raft coming from china--should be here in a month lol

I'm seriously enjoying the Moonshot, so much so that I'm holding off on the Goblin Mini & Thereum for now. Awesome pocket mod on top of the Pico.

Apparently there's a larger Avocado on the horizon that is easier to fill and hold 5 ml. Saw it on a trip rippers video.

You could try the Diablo rta. Very similar to the Goblin mini v2, but with a velocity style deck. Clones for less than $10. I'm really liking mine.
