Introduction

Except the ERA Hornet available now, there are not a lot of solutions for us Reo Mini users, when talking about a rebuildable atomizer (rba) that can fit directly without adapter or tweakings....
The german atty Surface is apparently coming out from the pre-order vaults since October 2012, but beside these two attys, nothing else seems to exist.

After some talk with Aniki, the mastermind behind Animodz, he modified it's best selling rebuildable atomizer (the Cal-H V2) to use it directly with a bottom feeder. And here it is !

Some sort of review

Delivered in a nice black pouch, inside there's the atty and a small 3ml empty bottle. There is also a small plastic bag (with dogs printed on it) containing some silica mesh and wire to recoil it.

Recoil yes, because it comes right of the box ready to vape, as it's already coiled (mine was at 1.5 ohm and very nicely done).
In fact I was so impatient to try it that I didn't take the time to make a picture of the clean coil, so you'll have to cope with my 3 days of use coil, sorry guys...

OK so let's put some good juice in it, two squonks on the bottle to be sure to wet the whole coil assy, and voila, I overflow it…
Surprisingly after drawing for the first time on it and obviously gurgling, my second draw was not gurgling at all, all the juice went gently back in the bottle.
In fact, it's not so important if you sqonk too much with it, as after the first draw that gurgle, the second is already near silent. Way better than with my usual 510 or IKV atties...

Oh man this puppy goes well, really well. Tastes nice also. I'm vaping at 70 PG-30 VG, but the smoke is dense.
At 1.5 ohms the throat hit is present and pure. I'm impressed.

To be honest, because I'm playing more with Genesis and RBA attys, I had let my ReoMini aside for a while.
But I'm rediscovering it with this atty, seriously.

I like dripping but never coped with the hassle of dropping some juice every 3 minutes and that's why I had chosen the Reo.
But as RBA became the new trend, it was a pity that almost nothing exist for the Mini… until now

Now let the pictures talk

On their contact page, choose Service Client, not Webmaster, and ask them that you want to order a Cal-H V2 BF atty

On their webpage there's only the Cal-H V2 atty, which is not suitable for bottom feeders....and which is also out of stock as you've already see.

In any case, you can mention that you've heard it about from Zanza on ECF forum... I use to speak almost daily with them on a french chat, so I can help

I contacted via website as you instructed. He replied back within a very few hours. Reply below.

Hello,

Thanks for your interest in my work ;-)

It is going to be difficult for me to take orders at the moment because I am finishing a production that will be shipped to a shop in California next week, then I will start a new production that will be available at the middle or end of February on my website.

You must register to the newsletter to be informed or at AniModz's facebook page.
If you have some difficulty to subscribe to the newsletter, please email me, I will do it manually .

If you don't manage to purchase cal-h on my website during the next sale, email me and I will have time by then to make a couple for you ;-)

Best Regards

Aniki AniModz

Really looking forward to this one. Because it is aluminum we can have it custom anodized by Anodizers are-I. Dan Patrick has a REO there getting custom finish done. I'm getting ready to send him a couple of early Tumbleds. I'm going to do Porky engraving on one. I haven't gotten any notice, yet, of cal-h-bf being available on website. https://www.facebook.com/anodizers.arei.5?fref=ts
