You can provided the output of your wall wart charger is 5volts 0.5 amp to 5 volts 1.0 amp.

Which wall wart do you have? The iPhone charger, the one thats roughly 1" square is 5 volts 1.0 amp as an example.

It's not a good practice to charge Li-ion batteries unattended.
Thank you. Seems about right then. :)

Its says on it Griffin. I bought it originally for my ipod shuffle.

Also, I never leave plugged in devices unattended. Heard too many horror stories. ;)

Yeah, tend to it lovingly but you should hopefully be fine.

I know there's all talk and all about how the mod will only pull the amount of current that it should and all that, but man, even so, sometimes I just want something to charge slower in any case. There's no reason NOT to check on the wall wart being okay as far as I'm concerned and etc.

Good luck with charge numero uno.

It's a good idea to do your charging on a flame-resistant surface...just in case.

Smok stick x8 charging on kitchen counter.

After charging it for 1h30 to 2h it barely gets warm and returns to normal temp towards the end. :rickroll:
It's returning to normal temp because the chip in your device is shutting down the charging to prevent over charging. Life is good
