Sorry I got the name wrong, but I did not make any reference to the STM. It must have been someone else.
.
I was running her on a joyetech Cuboid with a SS316L TC set in Memory. It worked great, so I decided to try it on a Reuleaux DNA200 after an hour. I had already entered the TFR for SS316L from using the Reaper Plus Triple Coil SS316L Head, so I cranked it up and took her for another vape around the block. I'm using UD SS316L wire and I am very impressed with the rba in this tank, and the wire. I was not impressed with the Triple Coil SS316L Head. I was getting Spitback, so in comparison, I found the RBA to be refreshingly wonderful. I could have used 26g and I'll probably do that when I rebuild it. But the flavor and vapor were both great, with only one vape of break in for the wire and/or organic cotton pad strips. At 60W with a 100W Preheat at 500°F, the vapor clouds far surpass my Kanger SubTank Mini under the same settings. It worked just as well on the Cuboid.

After my first experience with the Triple Coil SS316L Head, the RBA has me appreciating this Reaper Plus. I have not tried the other Coil Head yet, but I much prefer using my own builds.
.
REALLY?

Well yeah, but this is also a Dual Coil build with SS316L. It may not be a fair thing to compare because the SubTank Mini is a Single Coil with Ni200, but it's much better. And the Reaper Plus has more airflow.

Oh, I see now. STM stands for SubTank Mini.

OK guys, I'm not trying to rain on your Reaper Plus parade. I'm just showing you what I had discovered in mine.
I took care of the spinning positive post by drilling, threading and installing M1.6 screw. But I noticed, that the post, the pin and, possible the entire base are made out of Chromed Brass.

Also, an O-Ring on the removable base, is above the bottom of the juice channels. It is going to leak.

Two 26 gauge NiFe48 coils and Rayon build works fine.

Thanks for the pictures! Have you noticed any leaking from it yet, or will that take time to develop? I didn't have any leaking issues with mine on that single build, but I also didn't have it set up right. :D

Not the easiest to build but not that bad also. But to the guys that are all up in arms that the rba isn't as good as an rta i say duh. Of course an rba will never be as good as an rta. Buying a tank with an rba for the sole purpose to build would be like saying i want a truck and you buy an el camino. Than being mad bc its not a truck. I got mine for free and love it i was about to buy the wotofo serpent but this with the rba1 will do exactly the same. And ya maybe the rba only lasts 6 months (but I'll bet i get a yr outa it) but even if it breaks its an rba 10$ ya get a new one. And thats if they dont clone em than your talking 3$. So in my mind def worth the 20$ there asking for it at efun.

Thanks, skiball! It's great to know a dual Clapton build will fit. I shouldn't have too much trouble at all with 28 gauge Ti wire, but the lack of room always makes me nervous. :) I wrapped my first coil for this RBA around a 3 mm screw driver and decided it was too big, so the one I ended up using was wrapped around a 2.4 mm screw driver. Should I go even smaller with the dual build?

What's pictured is 26/32 clapton on 2.5 so you might get away with 3mm with your 28g. But 2.4 with 28g will def work.
Ohh and also i'm using 70 vg 30 pg the way the juice channels are set up i doubt it can do max vg.

If you are referring to THIS as your build. Quite honestly, I don't know how it can work. You have both Air Flow holes plugged by your wicks.

But on my build, remarkably, no leaking and it vapes quite nicely. JFC and AFC are functioning as they should. I haven't quite figured our that top Air Flow yet. I have it shot closed, for now.

chromed brass...? hopefully they do an update using SS! kinda glad I didn't order one of these yet :) spinning chromed brass is a bit of a turn off.

It doesn't really spin like a propeller, as my animated GIF file might come across, but it sure does move with a little push. And yes, chromed brass. :nah:

I must say that you've done some amazing work in your repair job!!! And who knows how long it may have been before the chromed brass was discovered without that.

The only Head I used in it was the Triple Parallel SS316L. I wouldn't call it "leaking", but I wasn't happy with it, either. The tank was not wet, but it seemed to frequently feel slippery with juice. I have not experienced that with the RBA2 and my build in it.

It's great that you got a Dual Clapton in there! :w00t: I agree that this was not the simplest I've experienced to build on for the first time, but after figuring it out without a video tutorial to watch, it will be much easier next time.

How is that Clapton build performing for you? Oh, and what inside diameter are the coils?

That build has already been address. It was amazing that it worked, but it did.

Its cool and clapton runs well i'd say. But a tip when you seat the coils use the opposite post holes. Also when you seat them have the coils vertical and tighten the post screws. So than when you straighten out the coils it takes up any extra slack.

If I read that right, you mean one coil in both top post holes, and the other in the bottom two?
