Well as expected the TFV8 rba is no different than any other rta in that it has to be wicked heavy enough in the juice channels to stave off flooding when filling but light enough to keep from dryhitting. I got it to run at 185w with consistent juice delivery and good flavor but it leaked when filling. I thickened up the wick tails some and it's humming along now in the 125-150w range without leaking. It still leaks if laid on it's side but I don't mind that. Gonna say that using the rba deck I should be able to get it running consistently at somewhere around 100w without leaking in any position.
As with any rba the max power is dependent on juice channel size and airflow. The juice channels on this rba are very long horizontal slots but it's not easy to position the wicktails in them. It may be too fussy for me to deal with, we'll see.
