Smokeless Ashtray

I remember HEARING about them way back when and I desperately wanted to buy one at the time ...But was never able to find one!!!!
They really didn't work very well. I got one back when I still smoked indoors, because my husband and I had our desks in the same room... he couldn't tell a bit of difference.

Air purifier. They are available in various sizes from desk size to full room clean air. You can find them on Amazon or your local big box home improvement store.
I did not find that the desk size was strong enough. The Ionic models are mostly useless. The Honeywell full size models at the link below will keep the fog and aroma out of the room. It will help if you exhale toward the unit.

I remember my grandmother had one of those... (no offense to anyone here, I love you all) For all that don't know, it was basically an ashtray, with a fan attached to the bottom that sucked in the smoke, and just blew it out at a higher speed so one couldn't see it. It was still obvious because of the smell though. Just reduced the haze a bit.
When I was able to vape in my old office, I was always paranoid about setting off the smoke alarms, so I used a istick 50w with a nautilus (full size) then just held in the vapor for twice as long as I normally did, and when I exhaled, there was no obvious vapor. Maybe a little wisp, but it worked for me

yup. Inhale, hold it, sometimes ill exhale down the neck of my shirt. exhaling slowly into a rolled up hand towel works pretty good too.

That's exactly how I vape in public restrooms.

Anyone remember those pedestal ashtrays ? The base sat on the floor, a long tube set the ashtray about 3 feet up, and you could flip a lever to dump the butts down into the tube ...
