I put my order in last Wednesday and it's still processing... And I live in Iceland so it's gonna take 7-10 days to get here and then I have to pay about 90 bucks in taxes.
So just remember - There will always be someone having a worse day than you.
It's probably shipped and the system hasnt updated. I have had the same thing happen to me. I just got a delivery today and the system still shows In processing,

Wow, Iceland! OMG I'm feeling soooo blessed that my orders only take 2 days and the taxes are so small....90 bucks for you, shoot I wish I was the tax receiver and I could use that for a whole new order lol
I think I'd be DIY'ing if I was you![]()

Wow, u really got to plan ahead, was that tough when u where a newbie .... i guess its a fine line, for me i dont want go spend a ton on things i not even sure if i want or need .... on the other hand some stuff is consumables so u gotta take into account where your supplies will be in three weeks if mail takes close to 2 weeks.
LOL i use that worse day analogy alot too ... tell my kids in tennis, there is all ways someone better and some one worse so dont worry about rankings. (well its not true if u happen to ranked #1, luckly they dont rank #last)

It takes 2 weeks to get to me in NZ. But I don't have to pay any tax on it. 90 bucks! Sheesh.
they got back to you this morning right?

It is very hard... Plus, e liquid is illegal here so I have to be prepared for the worst - that customs seize it.
Stupidest rules ever.
I was just speculating on the 90 bucks... It's probably more, though.
This was my second time ordering from SI, the first time a friend of mine was in the US, so I just sent it to her and she brought it here in her luggage.
I once bought a framed picture ( genuine autographed ) in a frame, about the size of an A4.
It cost 100 bucks.
I had to pay 50 bucks in customs and taxes... For a framed photograph. It wasn't heavy or made out of gold or anything, just a friggin' photo.
So... my order was 200$, Will probably be heavy, in a pretty big box... It's gonna be 90-100 bucks in customs and taxes.
But, hey - In less than a year I will be going to college in OC, California.
It will be very weird ordering stuff and actually thinking "wow... I will not have to pay anything more when this arrives"
Plus, you know - free shipping within the US, hooray ! The last order from SI cost 28$ to ship ( but, then again - it was 200$ worth of stuff )
Wow.. read a little on Iceland and taxes. First off 26% VAT. Ouch! Then a 30% duty tax. Ouch again. That's a 56% tax to get something purchased outside of Iceland into your country. Maybe I got my numbers wrong.. but dang..
Then a look at individual income tax rates..
37.34% for income between ISK 0-230.000 pr. month
40,24% for income between ISK 230.000-704.367 pr. month
46,24% for income exceeding ISK 704.367 pr. month
Those percentages just look crazy. Hopefully there is more to it than just what I am reading. I know almost little to nothing about Iceland except there are some very beautiful landscapes there and it is cold.
Man dude, I feel sorry for those types of taxes. Here we are complaining about 6.5% sales tax.
