Smokeless Image shipping issues

A few days ago I ordered the Volt Starter Kit based on SI's outstanding reviews. However the order is still processing in the system and three days of phone calls have yielded nothing. Every time I call I get an answering machine. I have left messages for them and even created an online ticket and still have heard no response.

I do know they have had some computer issues as of late. But Everyone on this thread raves about their customer service. This seems unusual that after 3 days of calls, I have yet to speak with a live person. Is this company closed for a vacation, or is there some other reason that I am unable to reach anyone regarding my order.

Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated. I really want to give VOLT a try, but at this rate it seems impossible. I may have to push for a refund and get my fix from a competitor. Like I said is there something more going on here that I am unaware of?

I know that they had an issue with the new software on their server. It wasn't notifying people that their order was shipped. They are also in the process of hiring more staff members because they are growing so fast. I copied this post and PM'd IMAGINE, who is their forum person.

This is an unusual situation, so as hard as it is, try to be patient, it will be worth it. I'm sure they will take care of it.

They are having system problems with the shipping notifications but they ship within 24hours so relax and come post in the SI forum and the Mod there will tell you pretty much the same thing. I have received two orders from them in the last 5 days but never got a shipping notification until I email Heather at Customer Service. SI Rocks!!! What did you order?

Yeah,...Same here (ordered stuff / couple tickets / no responce)....Guess there swamped?, or poss software problems.

Anyway (I know I would owe ("ThinkingAboutIt" a small appology / you were right, kina thing..lol)
I'm pretty obsessive and was locked into the volt. Don't think I'd still be without it and all the other stuff fits & "works" with it. I've noticed (for a killer camel guy / chain dragger...ThinkingAboutIt (one of the guys here) said I might be disappointed in a plain-ol-cartridge. I've found that I get one good killer hit,...then have to wait a while till the juice seeps down (out of the filler and down) to the atty again. Most likely very common of a cartridge.........I ordered the CE2s, and a bigger X-2 batt, and some juice. (Still can use your volt batt by the way)....Just looking for more consistant "vape after vape" thing,...You might look into it as well.-------In the meantime (guess I'll just wait for the juice)(So I can flood the filler more on the cartridge).....They are out of stock on the CE2s.....Oh yeah,...Get a manual batt (in the future)...the autos are leak "resistant": (they need "some" air to trigger their switch)...The manual is completely sealed!...Wet the inside of your batt?....Fried!

I'm crossing my fingers they get it figured out by next Friday. That's when my orders going in! When you get yours let us know how you like it ok? I'm very hopefull about the product and would love to hear what you think of it.

I started with a volt and quit smoking 100% with a volt, was not even planning on quitting as I bought it on a whim, the quitting part just happened. Now I am going on 3 months smoke free, and it started with a volt.

SI must just have a log jam of orders at the moment, I can vouch that they are a reputable vendor.

Also use code voltsave for 15% off of every order, and SI has a thread in there vendor section on ECF that they will send you a free battery with free shipping, all you have to do is post a pic of you using your volt.

KGO is a "non regulated" 4.2 volt (for starters,...then it depletes as you go,...turns off at 3.2v)
EGO is a "regulated battery",...I think 3.6?,...but stays consistant.
Volt & X-2s to my knowlege....3.8 "Regulated" (3.6 under a vape load),...stays consistant.

Standard egos are 3.3-3.4c regulated

This is what was just posted at midnight on the SI forum.

"We are really sorry...unfortunately the events of last week still have us catching up (behind about a day and half) considering we are just training the new hires as well..and believe it or not have had a few key senior people call out sick this week... we should be all caught up by Monday."
