A few days ago I ordered the Volt Starter Kit based on SI's outstanding reviews. However the order is still processing in the system and three days of phone calls have yielded nothing. Every time I call I get an answering machine. I have left messages for them and even created an online ticket and still have heard no response.
I do know they have had some computer issues as of late. But Everyone on this thread raves about their customer service. This seems unusual that after 3 days of calls, I have yet to speak with a live person. Is this company closed for a vacation, or is there some other reason that I am unable to reach anyone regarding my order.
Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated. I really want to give VOLT a try, but at this rate it seems impossible. I may have to push for a refund and get my fix from a competitor. Like I said is there something more going on here that I am unaware of?
