I ordered two batteries from Smokeless Image on 8/17. They got here today around noon. When I opened the package, there were the two batteries that I ordered but the colors/LEDs were backwards; I ordered white batts w/ red LEDs and the sent red batts w/ white LEDs. I contacted them via e-mail and told them about the mixup and just checked my mail just before getting on ECF tonight and they have already sent me 2 white batts w/ red LEDs like I ordered. They also told me to keep the two red batteries. COOL. That's some GREAT customer service. Thanx SI.
