Thanks Danny, much appreciated. Is the Hangsen a concentrated flavor to be thinned, or do I just add the proper amount of nicotine without thinning? It's probably a concentrate because one reviewer said to add only 1 drop per milliliter... Just ordered the Red as well as the Turkish essence. Wondering if I can add TA to the Turkish as well, and what the result will be. Thanks again.

I don't know how helpful this will be... it's not really an imitation of a burning cig.. I like adding a small amount of espresso (HS or FA) to my tobaccos. The dark roasted, sort of burnt flavor it adds is something similar in some way to the burning taste of a cig.. It's also different than cig flavor, but I really like it. Might be worth trying.

No the hangsen doesn't need to be thinned just use 7%. The TA needs to be thinned if you get the thick dark tar stuff. 2 drops to 10 ml's PG will thin it to a concentrate. Then add 3% to the red and you'll be good to go.

This might be a dumb idea but I was wondering if anyone has tried creating a smokey flavor by burning some tobacco or heating it to the point of burning and steeping it in alcohol or pg.

Never burned cigarette tobacco but did some extraction from unflavored pipe tobacco. It's very good but unfortunitly most tobacco extracts are atty killers. This is why I switched to using TA.

There is a difference between the smokey /burnt tobacco taste,
and the fresh tobacco leaf taste you mostly get from steeping,

I've tried several Tobacco flavors, hangsen, TPA, TW, M&P, etc,
most were very nice complex flavors and very nice vape, but no smokey tobacco taste what so ever,
Also the Tobacco absolute adds leafy and earthy note to the mix, which is very nice if mixed right,
but again no real smokey cigaretty/cigarry tobacco taste,

few weeks ago I ordered some TPA and Capella flavors from an online shop in Germany,
and saw a new range of flavors from a new company called 'Meiwei'
and decided to try their B&H,

So mixed it at 4% 96VG 14 mg ,
its amazing after 24 hours, and gets better with time,
the closest to burnt tobacco sensation, with a very very little sweet note, honey maybe, hardly noticeable,

It's a bit harsh, so I added couple of drops of smooth and that helped, nothing else to add,
No chemical, flowery, woody or perfumy taste at all,
its clear, atomizer friendly, and I'm so happy that I finally found it after almost 2 years of vaping,
I was so happy, that for first time I wrote a comment on their website,

That's my opinion though, and its important to remember that taste is very subjective,
what I might find nice, might not suite you, and the other way around,
in other words, you might need to try several flavors till you find the one you like,

flavor reviews and recommendations are coming from honest people who want to help others,
you can trust their opinions, but never trust their taste buds :)

Very nice honest review. Maybe you can provide a link to where you purchased these flavors. Sounds like it's worth a look see.

All over the place
I just remembered another thing... I've read good things about the Inawera tobaccos, and they have something called 'Dirty Base' that might help with the burning flavor.
Neutral base "Dirty" - Inawera Flavors

Good suggestion. But, the closest we will be able to come is the taste of something that is already burnt, not "burning." There is a difference.

Thanks Danny,

its here: Suchen Sie leckere Meiwei Aromen für E-Zigaretten?

Its out of stock at the moment,
I do apologies that the site is in German language,

I wrote them an email few days ago (can be found in Kontakt), asking them if they can sample the other meiwei flavors in 3 or 5ml to try,
because B&H is out of stock, and they sell in 10ml only, and they do speak English, and are very friendly,

looks like they are the only distributor of the meiwei range in EU,
but worth asking them about a US distributor, or if they ship to the US,

Cheers
