anywhere my broomstick takes me
I'm sorry to hear that :(. I myself *HATED* my smoking everywhere ecig. Used it for a whole whopping 2 days before I said to heck with it. You might want to try a Joye 510. The battery life can suck depending on how much you smoke but they do charge pretty quick. Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store. sells unboxed kits for $35 which is pretty dang good. Thats the only one I can vouch for ATM (wife put a stop to my crazy e-cig spending! :D). Good luck though. Best advice I can give is to not give up and find your niche.

Ill have to research and have a look at the joye 510, thnx

eta, smoking everywhere did send me a new atty and for now its working ok

My girl friend and I just got the SMOKING EVERYWHERE gold Edition last weekend from Arundel Mills mall in Hanover Maryland. We have had nothing but problems with them. We payed 150.00 for the kit with 2 Battery's and 4 boxes of cartridge's, charger and power cord. One of the batt's will "sometimes" charge and 2nd will not at all.. just keeps flashing.. Have been back to replace 2 times and i'm DONE!! I'm so upset with this thing!! Trying to get my $ back a.s.a.p. Her's is doing the SAME THING.. It should be called "Smoking Whenever it charges"

If anybody can help me get my $ back would like the info.

Hi everyone....I just purchased an e-cig also...unfortunately I am reading this forum after the fact...but the item it is still in transit..got it online from the company that everyone's seems so disgusted about (SE). I got the 1.0 version for $58 total.

From all experts around here....is this ok?..should I try the return battle since I am still waiting for this thing to arrive and send it back?..is it worth the battle or it might be good enough along with the availability and price of cartridges and so on...

I appreciate anyone's feedback...I am so excited to try an e-cig and stop the regular smoking if posssible...

Guys, I recently purchased from Smoking Everywhere and they are scam artists. I filed a complaint with the BBB and learned that the BBB (Better Business Bureau rates Smoking Everywhere an "F"!!!

Steer clear of them.

They promised a refund if I was not satisfied and then refuse.
If you call in and place an order, you might get a discount with the sales person. If you call in and *do not* place an order, the phone system will offer you a 70% discount......which feels really lousy when the sales person only gave you half that much.
I called back into my sales person and she (Rose) told me that she would send me extra cartridges in lieu of giving me the remainder of the discount. Those cartridges never showed up.
Their customer service organization will NOT speak with you on the phone. They will only email you.

They promised me a refund if I was not satisfied with my purchase and then refused to honor that refund.

If you call in and *do not* place an order, the phone system will offer you a 70% discount......which feels really lousy when the sales person only gives you what they think is enough to make you purchase...mine gave me only 40%.
I called back into my sales person and she (Rose) told me that she would send me extra cartridges in lieu of giving me the remainder of the discount...i.e. increase the 40% to a 70%. Those cartridges never showed up.
Their customer service organization will NOT speak with you on the phone. They will only email you which is evidently their way of keeping you at arms reach.

I cannot remember dealing with any other company that is this underhanded and this dishonest.

Go to BBB dot org site, search on smoking everywhere and then select the Florida location and you will see the "F" Rating that the BBB gives them.

I forwarded a screen shot of that "F" to their customer service (correction...customer dis-service). It will be interesting to see if they respond.

I said when you start doing real e cigs you may sell a lot more.

and Casually walked off with the biggest smurk on my face ..
NO FAIR!!! lol that's what I was planning to do when I get my 510 in the mail. Maybe I'll be lucky and he won't be the same salesman...

Went down there a few days ago to see if I could trick them into swapping out some parts on my "Smoking everywhere gold" (which were legitimately not working after a few months of using them) Unfortunately I had no receipt as I bought it online for around 50 bucks. Soooo looking forward to driving down to the mall (which is right near my house so it's worth it) and showing them what I got for less than half of their retail price. In fact....less than the spare batteries they sell!

Still....well done on the screwdriver pwnage

Say what you will about SE (I know I have!) but look where all of our sucker money has gone! Ever had a package confiscated at the border? SE did us A LOT of justice! Ok, their product is inferior, over-priced and their customer service is horrible! BOOOOOOOOO! But they fought a good fight for our vaping rights and for that....... I'm grateful! I look at my purchase from them as a donation to the cause, when before, I was griping about a horrible experience. Now that I look back, I'm glad I went through it and would do it again in a heart-beat!

With you all the way. I found e-cigs because of the kiosk in the mall....paid way too much....$150.00 and took a 1 hour trip every week to buy carts as I knew no better. That was a year ago and a lifetime....literally. I would be dead wthout e-cigs after three heart attacks and triple bypass at the age of 45. I was one of the originators of the Amicus Brief in support of the SE/NJoy v FDA case and well....the concessions...calling us smokers...was very hard but in the end?.....Their marketting strategies/claims were the cornerstone for our victory in this battle. We owe a debt of gratitude to SE even if we disagree with their business tactics, poor product, high prices and rude salespeople. They had the balls to go to court and fight while others stood by....they had the chutzpah to enter mainstream shopping America and "smoke" in the mall....they had the costs of a federal case with lawyers that fought a good fight...(Thanks Legalone)..and for my $150.00 I believe I got my monies worth and then some.
I now vape a Chuck an Xhaler, a protege and a PS pasthru and have 10- 510 manual kits for backup and have been analog free for nearly a year.
However bad SE is...and make no mistake....IMHO their products and service are real bad......SE gets a pass from me;)

When buying anything.... CAVEAT EMPTOR....JMHO

I've certainly had bad things to say here about SE, from their over-priced short-lived PVs, to their selling tactics. However, now I am very grateful that they fought a long hard battle against the evil FDA well and won for all of us. At least for now PVs are not drug systems the FDA can ban outright, rather they are recreational modified-risk tobacco products, and thus are no different than the myriad other tobacco-based nic sources. In fact, I was so grateful to them that I almost went out and bought one out of support...almost...not quite, though. I still think the SE PV is an overpriced POS. But I strongly admire their tenacity and lawyer team for setting such a valuable precedent for future battles against the insane FDA.

Ya there the ones that told me they were the only ones with nicotine in their juice and that we were all smoking librium. Wierd guys.

Librium?!?! WTF?!? They actually said that?? Librium is a prescription-only sedating drug! I think their quality control on kiosk workers needs some work...are they telling these people to just make things up? Why don't they just say that with all other models we are smoking uranium, or cranium, or stadium? Those make about as much sense.

Sorry, I didn't realize I already posted to this thread. So, having read the messages from the folks that say that SE is good because of the legal battle they won.....that doesn't do it for me. That just tells me they were fighting for their right to defraud thousands of customers. Again, the Better Business Bureau gives SE an "F". Go read some of the feedback posts about SE on the BBB site. It's BBB dot org. Sorry, I'm a stickler for honesty, integrity, ethics and taking care of the customer. SE has none of these traits....just the ability to lawyer-up and win a case.

I really don't agree that the product is inferior. Overpriced yes, but the SE Gold is a standard Model RN4081. I've been using the 4081 for a year now, and I'll put it up against most other models any time. I also use a 510, but the 4081 attys are more rugged and give better hit & vapor than the 510.
