I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but it seems to be one thing after another.
I feel as though they don't know what they're doing, or plain just don't care because they've ALREADY GOT your money, and there's no benefit for them in repairing it.

Well I am not going to run over and make an account considering I did not previously have one there.
For one, they are going through the list, adding accounts on the list. All me trying to add an account at this point will accomplish, is chaos.

As to MV getting slammed with this. I'm not going for it.
Simply appoint a couple workers to the task, have them pick away at it until it's completed, same way you do anything else which requires a bit more attention. Regardless of any issues internally, it's not about them.
The job of a supplier of their capacity, is to smooth things out. And rise above. Of course, there is no way I would know their details, but going by what has been posted here from them, they seem to be a bit disgruntled with the situation, hence why one can only assume they are not getting along business wise with Smok themselves over this.

I'm still waiting for my package form fasttech, I won't even want to image how much time would it take if i ordered during their holiday(looks like they have holidays at least twice a week)

I already have the build deck for the TFV4 tank. I ordered 3 different sizes of Titanium 1 wire from Fasttech and it got mailed today. I also ordered some extra coils and they get here tomorrow... I sure hope I like the tank.

Well, Smok did ship the units priority, so that counts as a surprise. Shipping them on the 24th, however, did not surprise me.
Now here's the kicker, and why you shouldn't get too wound up expecting anything this week: If you scroll down on the link below, you'll see that Smok didn't even have the list finalized until the 16th, so that's the EARLIEST they'd package up the bulk order to ship to the US.
That's only last Wednesday, for those keeping score at home. So I'm not holding my breath waiting for anything this week. I think Madvapes will likely have them around the 30th, best case, and the first week or so of October, worst case. Then they ship them and we're at the mercy of the USPS.
Now, they could surprise me and have shipped the US units via priority freight, shaving some time off the process, and Madvapes may actually have them soon. But, you know, don't hold your breath.
