One word "FREE" if you expect to be a V.I.P service member don't sign up for the contests pay for your mods and tanks and get them in a timely manner otherwise just wait for the process and be happy when you get it I know 5 yr olds with more patience and manners geez people

I forgot I already ordered and have the batteries, but they probably need recharged by now. It will get here or there.

People talk on forums, that's what we do. We vent, we share, and we discuss our feelings, it's all good, and healthy.
As for the five year old with patience and manners, well there is that upper crust isn't there.
Exactly we say our piece on the forum and I'm saying mine but from reading how some people are acting if I was a company thinking of doing giveaways on this forum I'd have second thoughts about it myself cause of the people who have this sense of entitlement and think they are special or something my
But I'm sure it's being noted the 5% of winners who are complaining and the rest of us who are patiently waiting without complaint when other contests are run

If a company looks at this thread, they should do no more than learn what one of the first things even the boy scouts learn, be prepared. Be prepared for problems, see them before they happen, just like chess.
Yes we are entitled to the winnings. One can go anywhere, and the winner is entitled to their winnings. Nothing complicated about it.
Not sure why you are so hot and bothered that people are discussing the happenings in this ongoing saga.
And I don't see why people are bashing a company for giving away something that would cost you 150$ if you bought it out of pocket yourself just cause you have to wait a little while if I were a company I'd say

There is a lot to learn. One of these items are taking it on the chin due to your own downfalls, and being professional about it. Sucking it up. I'm absolutely certain Smok is well aware of the dissension at the moment. As well as I'm certain it's by far the first mistake they have made, relevant to this competition / marketing strategy or not. It works both ways.
If I buy a position in a ticker, and the company does not perform the way their forward looking statement states, they'll hear about it from me when I refuse to invest again. In comparison, people invested time here, and some achieved their goal of winning the prize. Now there are complications, let it be, let them vent, it's ok. No harm no foul. Try and understand.
I got an idea since their such a horrible company and have done you wrong when you guys bashing them get your prize don't open it and vape it forward to people who appreciate it and enjoy these contests that way you can have the moral high ground instead of the gutter
I see that people are upset but really you have no right to be Smok has updated us on here and their website they said this would be a process and might take awhile they apologized and still people are bashing them and now when people don't like what they've heard from MadVapes they start complaining about them it's childish and personally irritating to me and others complaining is one thing bashing and throwing tantrums is another smdh at some of you
