These Pheonix style RBA's def changes everything!! A couple of suggestions to vendors..Sell a good quality small screwdriver kit like the real small ones they sell for repairing your glasses :) And also, what if someone offered a few different designs you could pick out w/your rba and have that design laser etched onto the atty housing? You would sell twice as many!! Just a thought;)

-I sent the idea to Lisa at Carolina Vapes, who btw are another awasome vendor. Shipping was fast and she also included a 2 page instructions on how to make the coil with different options for duel coils and stuff..

Happy camper atm

You can thread any eGo cone or ce5/6+ rebuildables onto the base of the Phoenix and put the air hole wherever you please. That means you can put any color tube on it and customize it the way you want.

Oh nice, yeah I didn't realize those cones would fit. Isn't working bad at all so far...The first 2 things I notice is the the different airflow which I may change up a bit and also how warm these get. But def a good vape right out of package:)

If you think it's good right out of the mail wait till you build a nice coil for it...difference is night and day.

-Optimo, Does that mean the precoiled ones that come with them aren't as good as the ones we already build? The coils looked very tight and neat, but maybe the wick and wire they use is crap? I have several different wick sizes, I may start out with the 3mm from Imeo and Kanthal..

-Random, That Avalon looks nice, looks like a tank within a tank, nice design!! is the top part of the tank metal? I can't tell...

They are nowhere near as good as the ones you can perfect yourself. They are too tight for one...the tighter it is wraped around the wick the slower the juice is gonna wick to the center of the coil and will get buildup alot more quicker.

So, 1st impression of the 2 new tanks from Smoktech......BAD....and WORSE !!!

The Rebuild-able is bad...really bad from the word GO. Tiny wick holes that MUST be bigger, and no fill/air hole to allow proper airflow for even half decent wicking.
-THE FIX...DREMEL (not drill) bigger holes while pulling away from center tube or you WILL damage the center. Use a diamond tipped pointed bit to do it. Then run a triple wick using 3mm wick. Now the only thing I have left to do is play around with where to put the airflow/fill hole in relevance to hold angle and wick drop ins.

The screwtank (Vivi Nova take) is burnt from the start. I haven't got to rebuilding it just yet but I'm sure some 32 or 33awg Kanthal and a triple or quad wick will fix the issue with a small snip in the top rubber cap for the wick to move thru for fast juice flow. I'll rebuild it later tonight or tomorrow when I return home. Going out for the night and staying at a hotel in Daytona beach tonight with a group of co-workers. Report back tomorrow on the screwtank when I return home. Take care everyone and have a great weekend.

OK .....so I was about to walk out the door and thought let me just break down the screwtank so it's all ready for me when I get home tomorrow. Well needless to say the Smoktech Screwtank is NOT ..I repeat NOT rebuild-able. DOES NOT have rebuild-able heads like the awesome Vivi Nova Tank. WOW this really sucks. So now Im really curious if the ViVi Nova heads fit this inner stem. It looks like they will. In these heads their is a ceramic cup inside where the coil sits and it's close to impossible to seperate it to rebuild it. Ceramic cup means thier are solder points inside at the bottom. So .....CALLIN OUT TO MY VMAX BROTHERS AND SISTERS. Anyone out there willing to send me 1 "OLD" Vivi Nova heads that is not in use and maybe never will be so I can see if this is a crossover part ?? lol.

Shame on Smoktech for building it like this and letting Vision take the cake on this tank. Smoktech reps...if your reading this....your engineers really dropped the ball on this unit. You guys MUST MAKE THE HEADS "EASILY REBUILD-ABLE"!!!!! Go buy a VISION Vivi Nova and then redo your math. Thank you. I really can't believe they made this head proprietary.

Purchased the Phoenix Rebuiidable Atomizer along with the Smoktech Rebuiidable Tank System. The Smok was something of a disappointment out of the box so I tried dripping directly on the coil with about six to ten drops. Vapes much the same as the phoenix as long as you hold it horizontal between vapes as it will drip down the air tube if not. With the niquid in the top along with the juice from wicking it vapes quite comfortable with good vapor, flavor and TH for a reasonable length of time.

VAPNJ350...I hava an original version1 vvn wick head if thats what you need... Would like to say I'm surprised by your results with these:unsure:

I may be wrong, but I think there's some confusion. He's referring to the Smoktech Vivi Tank, not the Vision Vivi Nova tank/clearomizer.

Your absolutely correct Giant, the 'Vision' Vivi Nova is Awesome, I'm refering to the 'Smoktech's' take on the Vivi Nova style tank. What ST did was basically combine the 2 designs of the 'Vision' stone tank and Vivi Nova tank and put them together..........kinda. At any rate it's a epic fail due to the huge design flaw. I really hope they read this and change it VERY QUICKLY before ANYone wastes their money on these. They took a very simple low cost design(the vision) and made it complicated with more parts that take multiple steps to assemble. I still can't believe they designed it this way

By 'old' I meant more like not used but I didn't even think about those. They might work also. I don't know how good your camera on your phone is but is their a way you could shoot a few good close ups of it . Theirs no rush at all. Only when you have the time. And thank you .
