Has anyone figured out how to do the software upgrade on either the xpro m50 or the bt50? I cant seem to find any info on the bt50 upgrade but a friend of mine said that the website had info on it then they took it down. On smoks website under the m50 it does say upgradeable to 65 watts but doesnt tell you how. I really dont care about the watts but would love the pass through feature. I emailed them directly and this is the response I got, does this mean we really have to send in the unit to get it upgraded? that seems kinda weird. I have heard of this also because I own a M50 myself. But all I heard is its in the making and once they release it the vendor will be 1st to know then us. So who knows when I just hope the fix the glitches as well.

Ya I really dislike the "xpro" splash screen that you have to wait 2 seconds for before vaping haha

What happens if they BRICK my mod? Who will be responsible? And I'm sure there will be an additional charge. What will the turn around time be?

im sure they would have to be responsible if they do brick your device. But i just think its kinda ridiculous to have to send it somewhere to get it updated, with my ipv3 i did the update right through the usb cord like you would expect. For my bt50 i would expect the update to be done through bluetooth through the mobile iOS app just like they pushed out the update for the BEC pro to 50 watts through the app.
