Well there we have it, the Zmax is configurable from 6.9 watts to 23.2 watts, that range certainly works for me.

you have to change batterys to achieve that, its certainly not just pressing a button.
its 2 mods, (using 2.2Ω) a 6W to 14W or a 10W to 22W.
it therefore will not suit anybody just changing attys .. changing from a boge SR to boge LR for eg will also change power. As the batterys run down it changes power.
So it needs adjusting like a VV mod yet its marketed as a VW mod, seems they take the V in variable to a whole new level.

Unlike the vmax, I can however use a zmax, single battery mode goes to a low enough power to work. it still needs adjusting in use though and at times, like running in a new carto, things like the 3W it is supposed to do would come in handy,

and yes, i owned one for 48 hours, since it has nothing there my provari does not do already, there was no point in keeping it. its not the VW it is marketed as which is what I ordered.

it does 10w to 22W in stacked mode, so does the vmax.

build quality was 'adequate' .. i did not like the battery threads, i like the looks, love the menus and display .. did not own it for long enough to have an opinion on the atty connector. button was good. 'stealth mode' is a joy compared to the room illuminating vmax.

You are way off base my friend..your desire is to "stir the pot"...you asked an off topic question, not me...you can think whatever you like....All the warranty info, independent reviews, independent video reviews and user opinions are out there...you can go find them, but I think that you are not interested in them....your interest is to 'stir the pot"....now back to the topic....

I have researched. I'm not talking about all the people who have made their own - I was asking about the mods you made that you say are all consistent. My point is I don't hear about warranty, independent video reviews, several users opinions - just you saying you made the mods and they are better. I'm quite aware the DNA is out there - as I said, I don't want to build my own mod. If you are selling mods you need to register as a supplier and let your mods be open to scrutiny. If you aren't selling them then the comparison is useless. Just your subjective claims -or hypothetical sort of - 'gee, hypothetically there could be these amazing mods and what is actually for sale isn't as good as the amazing hypothetical mods'.
I'll stay with the Zmax, which is what this thread is about - so yeah, back on topic.

I definitely think you're just hanging in here to bash now.

Not me stirring the pot. I picked up on your off topic comments that keep appearing in the thread. If you make and sell mods under warranty (not clear to me if you do or if you warranty anything) then you should be registered as a supplier. If you don't then what you're saying is not relevant to what I asked. I responded specifically about your mods that you make, because you keep introducing them as a comparison here. So to stay on topic, let's hear about the Zmax here, not some home made mods. And please register as a supplier if that is what you are. Thanks. :)

Like I said...you are way off base.....thus your last post warrants no reply.....on topic......the Zmax is what it is.....

Don't know if anyone's noticed or not, but since his Zmax review, igetcha69 has been using the Zmax for all his juice and atomizer reviews.

Yeah, he loves it. The comments under his Zmax video are interesting to read too. I like watching his vids. I think he's gained a lot of respect for the way he does them.

Just received a reply from MV regarding my Zmax issue from a week or two ago. They have been unable to replicate the issue I had with it firing just setting on my desk. There's no telling if it would ever happen again but still, I would prefer to wait for another after some of these issues are worked out. I definitely want to get another at some point.

Well there was an issue with yours. I haven't heard of anyone else's doing that tho, and it's not clear if you shorted it.

Nothing is clear except for the fact that it was setting alone on my desk when it fired and continued to fire; still, it could have been nothing more than a very rare and one-time occurrence.

But even that is not clear - you've said yourself you don't if it was firing. Sorry - but that's something you don't know. What you know is it got very hot and something melted. Then later you called it "firing" but said you don't actually know that. So please just stick to what is known - because it gets picked up and misconstrued when it isn't proven.

That's not an update. He has admitted before he doesn't even know if it was firing -sorry but you can't make things up afterwards.
