Smoothest e-liquid for a non smoker?

Hi everyone,

I started vaping recently with an ego twist/vivi nova setup. Looking for a flavorful liquid that's light on the lungs, maybe like a hookah, but still with a decent amount of nicotine. I've been looking around but haven't found much info on anything that would be better for a non smoker. I read that stuff with more VG tends to be smoother. Any other info?

12mg of nicotine or lower, I got a 19 mg liquid and that stuff lights my throat on fire... And yes, VG liquid tends to be smoother

You might try emailing some vendors for their recommendations. They should know best about their products, and might be willing to customize your liquid.

I agree with DrewGrimey on the 12mg recommendation. Later on, you could probably step it up to 18mg.

Also, I find being well hydrated seems to smooth out eliquids quite significantly. If I am dehydrated, it produces a very heavy, scratchy throat hit, that is just plain unpleasant... not like the throat hit of a good vape when I am hydrated..
