Glad my misery has a little company.
And then I have to start pre-prepping stuff to take to Dad's for Easter dinner tomorrow. Seems like he and I are pariahs because he and I did not partake in the usual-hostess's 50th-birthday party bash in early Winter.
her... *I* never had a 30, 40, 50 or 55 birthday party... and what more can one need at age 50 (the invite did not say "no presents")??? And REALLY... throwing your OWN party??? That's just SAD. If her husband or kids did not want to do it, then TAKE THE HINT. her. I bring good drink and food. And yes... I did offer Dad the opportunity to simply go out for dinner. her. I gave her all kinds of hints how the the system when she got laid off in August 2013. You'd think a plate of ham for Dad would be a nice reciprocation. her.

It was 2 big wood racks of kindling and it was hubby's idea to put them there,not mine.
we decided to accept a neighbor's last minute invite to come socialize for a bit

So, I got all my plants moved outside yesterday, and planted some hostas, and then i had to clean after moving stuff outside. Was finally finishing vacuuming about 6pm. I had the front door open so that fresh spring air could come through the screen door. The beasties took notice of a car parked in front, with a guy and girl hanging around the car for a bit. People don't usually park here unless they're going to the church across the street. The only reason that this is at all interesting is that i was woken at 1am by flashing lights. There were 3 police cars out front, and 5 officers standing in the street talking to one another. Looked maybe like there were people in one of the police cars. This went on for awhile. I finally went outside just as a tow truck arrived. Turns out they were towing the car because they "..had to arrest the people".
