Dinner here was a stir-fry over rice, side of green beans, Waldorf salad. AKA mostly left-overs.
Making a London Broil though for tomorrow. Yum. Will have some roast-beef sandwich meat to save/freeze.

hiya, atty! nope - no second go-around on the same day but it seems every time i turn around it's supper time again. and the one day i went on strike a week ago or so my belly was not happy
