Good morning y'all :)

Katya, I'm no help with the coils, cause i see no reason to rebuild so far. I'll learn, eventually, for an FDApocalypse...but not until i have to.

Wonder if the Ferguson announcement was scheduled for later to A. hope that the cold and dark would keep some people at home, or B. to mesh with the president's schedule, so that he could make his statement at the same time, or C. because they wanted to catch the top of the news cycle. NPR has already started posting transcripts from the grand jury proceedings.

From my understanding of the granted extension, the decision didn't need to be announced until sometime in January. It would've made sense to bluff and wait. That way, the weather may have been colder, snow may have been on the ground, and any protest groups that were spending my tax dollars would have (hopefully) run out of money and had to leave.

i hope you get the repairs completed quickly, Tibs.

Mad, i didn't realize that there was no need to announce the decision so quickly. One could make the argument that it was out of "respect" that they announced fast, my tinfoil hat says announcing so quickly when it wasn't necessary wass even more indicative of "them" wanting a narrative that included bad behavior.

Deliberate delays (particularly with a no-indictment verdict) could backfire and seem dishonest too. I can see them announcing it now. I can't see it last night though.

Besides, they'd have been better off waiting for a major storm front to "reach a TIMED decision". You know, like some two-day-long gale storm. Still, there's a % that will insist on "vengeance".

It looks like the vapor shark rDNA 40 will be my choice. They are supposed to have cyber Monday sale with 20% off. Kangertech's new sub-ohm tank looks nice as it is both a rebuildable and bottom coil (.5 & 1.2ohm). I wonder if the 1.2 ohm bottom coils would work with my provari? Regardless, I have already talked myself into a new mod and the kangertech sub-ohm tank when it comes out next month. Since buying my first provari (2.0) 4 years ago, I have only bought the provari 2.5 and a cheap mvp2. It's time to reward myself with something new.:)
