Well, they did say this time if you are 72 or older, you don't have to serve...it will be awhile before I qualify for that exemption....

They won't let me on jurys...my first round of college was law enforcement...but yet they make me go through all the steps...just to tell me nooooo.

I have never been called to jury duty and I hope that I haven't jinxed myself by saying that. 
One John Jay College student was selected for a criminal case while I was waiting...I suppose they will sometimes choose someone with a legal background.
