Yep. If you like building coils and messing with stuff that's a great way to go.

I just don't want the initial outlay. I can cost justify years worth of stock coils.
I admit though, I have an inexpensive RDA and coil wire too. It's a "backup device" for when/if I can't get stock coils. Guess I just got lazy over the years.

But if I had a fancy-shmancy cool new temp controlled rig like that, I'd be pretty happy too. That sounds like a real nice setup. I hope you have fun with it. :)

I'll wait and see if you grow any new limbs or anything. Check back with you in 6 months. ;)

Hmmm, the only time I ever actually burned cotton was in a dripper that I let go dry. Even with a bad build, where the juice tastes burnt, the cotton never actually burned. Burnt taste, at least for me, seems to come from either a 'hot spot' on the coil (from not making good contact with the wick) or juice gunk build-up.

YMMV :D

Been vaping exclusively on my cRussian for 6+ (?) months now - $25 from FT; using the $10 spool of nichrome from Jacobs and the $5 box of cotton from CVS. Still have plenty of nichrome and cotton left :D

lol.:)

because cotton can carry a flame at 410 degrees - i think i'd prefer to stay below that if it doesn't change your vape ;)

yeah, whatever.;)

I bet I can burn cotton at a way lower temp.

lol. for some reason I believe that.
