1) If it really hit, the could have applied for disaster aid? ....maybe
2) Law suits if they didn't panic ahead of time, and then it hit and there were deaths.

Got a bit of the white stuff ourselves. Neighborhood was a bit tricky this a.m. but main roads were pretty clear. I'm sure my juice delivery will be held up because of it.
