Glad Geoff is OK. That's one tough donkey. They don't show discomfort as much, but I think they still appreciate the warmth! (And all your watering and hay and mucking and support, Tibs.)

he's one strange fella, atty - anything new spooks him. maybe if i had gotten him used to blankets when he was a baby? but our winters are usually mild .........
as an example to show how little it takes - i have to hide the little yellow pouch for his fly treatment in the summer so he doesn't see. if he spots it he's gone!

Animals are smart that way.
One of my daughters had a hamster who figured out how to get out of the cage. Funniest thing in the world to watch. I mean there were some real analytical skills involve with how he was doing it.
We had a wonderful fish dinner at our church this evening. It was exceptionally good!

It's funny, cause we have plenty of leftovers we could have used; isn't that always the case? Feast or famine!
Make sure your feet and head are covered substantially......maybe you won't feel the cold as you did yesterday!
