whatcha talking about, atty? that's a regular outside socket - one with those heavy flaps, nothing like what's in the bathrooms ..........
Well, the regular breaker should 'trip' if you get stupid with the appliances...
If, by chance, you don't have a working breaker on that circuit, do NOT bring that drill or hair dryer back there again. OK?

He had freezing problems too last year. And a roof issue (ice dams?) on one part.

ha! i can set your mind at ease - it does have a breaker
know it for a fact - it popped the breaker when the guys cleaning the woodwork 2 yrs ago sprayed water on it
