This past Spring, I gave the landscaping workers (the same two doing the current job) a couple GCs each to fast-ish lunch places. They gave me looks like I sprouted a 3rd head.
So what happens??? One of the regular guys is here this morning and a new-to-the-project guy comes along. Do I give the "tips" to both of THEM?... or do I give it all to the regular and tell him to pass along half to the now-missing guy?... ignoring the "new" guy??? jhca Why does this stuff happen?
