that tweety better be sound asleep! ;)

which is not the case for atty, bear and catt! :?:

And I'm off to a 09h00 dental cleaning (and crap) appointment. There was a time I looked forward to it, but not anymore. It's become an exercise in horror and terror. Well-suited for today, I suppose. Sigh.

G'mornin, snails!

Happy Halloween!

ANY hand-held gas powered yard implement gets my disdain because of the noise. The white trash inbred daughter-lover across the road has gas powered EVERYTHING. And you should HEAR that nuclear-powered RIDING mower... for his tiny .25-acre lot. What a freaking JERK.

But yeah... all I need is a blower that can last about 15 minutes and things will be OK.

I'm looking at the B&D 40-volt string trimmer. It'll go on my Christmas-giftie list. Don't need it NOW.

This coming Monday, I'll try (again this year) putting >10 bags out at the curb and see what happens, just for fun. Our waste pickup company has a 10 bag limit. (And all the bags I have done so far this week have to go in the garage so the little Halloween demon-spawn don't slice them open.)

Raking and bagging: 36%-40% complete (per average).

bear, does the neighbor across the road actually service the engines on them or just let them run ragged? For me, there are some machines where there's just no substitute for gas power and there are others where I prefer electric.

Now that the temps have dropped quite drastically, I'd better remember to prep my new snow thrower/chucker/displacer/don't-call-it-a-blower. :D
