Yeah. Most of this type of stuff is economic. That's the way life works.
I know where that otherwise-insulting-insensitive "poor people suck" phrase comes from. It's really "sucks to be poor" because $$$$ is a resource. So yeah, it's always something and hard to deal with. Non-poor people have new cars every 3 or so years.

And not just the cars, but larger houses, with more room to put stuff, and even dedicated generator space, or maybe an all-home-auto-power-system that runs off Nat-gas and ....
Anyway, that's not to say rich people always have everything easy, but it helps for a lot of stuff.
Although Americans have it OK, the old "Rich American" slur you hear overseas is mostly B.S. The sad part is that 2 out of 3 Americans right now DON'T have the $$$$ in savings to deal with unexpected expenses (like car or house or even small medical stuff not otherwise covered). This is part of the cash-flow problem with that giant sucking sound as the upper % filters off all the cash and congress keeps coming up with more stuff to help them filter more off, while not passing vat taxes and decent min wages.
But Pepper is going to have a field day with this.
Remember that Peace-Sign Pepper.
And also, I know there's a lot of very generous and nice "rich people". It's not bad to be rich or at least "OK off". So it's not sour grapes nor is it "be mad at the rich". It's just that the economy is really "tilted" right now in favor of the market and also of people that can use the money to make more, while most never get ahead and the personal debt increases.

So yeah. Rant done for now.
