no problems at the house this am but there's a basement here

IMO, avoiding crawlspaces is generally a reasonable choice![]()
The pipes in my crawlspace are wrapped (except for the one that goes to the front hose outlet, the crawlspace is very very small at the front of the house, so i didn't go there). I think the outgoing line to the sewer got a little icy this last time- but doesn't seem to have broken. whew.
