Kris Gethin's 12-week muscle-building trainer. I had planned on doing another Jim Stoppani training program, but Kris did a video for every workout--and I really like how he put this together. I also like this guy's attitude about training. Fortunately, I have been training for years, so the first few weeks won't be much of a challenge, but after that it's going to be all pain.The supplements that i'll be using are Jim Stoppani's supplement line. I plan on following Kris's nutrition program, but I am going to cut some of the calories per day that he suggest: over 4000 calories.

Wow, Pepper, that is some serious lifting/bulking there. He's really going heavy on the amino acids, but you'll need them.
Bodybuilding.com is at the core of the b/building arena. I was just there today looking for a different whey.
I will forward this to my son who is into bodybuilding.....he has a degree in exercise physiology and has advised me a lot with my workouts. He doesn't work in the field any longer, though.
