Wow. Maybe that's good. Only the drywall and the insulation need be replaced then? A lot less expensive.

The second leak came down the wall behind the sheetrock onto the floor. The wall will have to be replaced also. At least we don't have to replace all the insulation.

G'mornin, snails!
I was about to use greek letters to spell out TGIF...but, while I can recite the greek alphabet at least 5 times before a match burns out, I started getting confused as I couldn't remember if gamma represented the letter C or G. In which case I'd be insulting "God"?
Anyway, yeah...I've confused myself and have probably ruined the rest of my day somehow.
