too early for dreaming - time to start supper

time for dinner. having black beans that have been cooking all day. mixed in with some sautéed onions, green peppers, and garlic. I'll pour it over organic brown rice and add some chopped ham. and some hot sauce, too. just love this meal and it's good for ya.

And, I just finished my 6th week of my workout program. only 6 more to go. it's been really tough, but it's going to get crazy the next 6 weeks. I start the DTP Extreme part next week. I forget what it stands for, but I call it, Destroy, Torture, and Persecute. Here's a video of Monday's workout.

I see an off-white (bluish white, or white in shadow) with gold.
Probably means I've got brain cancer or sumpt'n.

There's a neuro-people explanation blurb in the story (well supposedly, although you could do better I'm sure...but it's fox...some reporter probably edited it )

There is definitely a version of the dress that is blue and black. The one that is supposed to be gold and white, however, is nowhere near those colors! In that version, I see a pale blue and light tan-ish color.

bluish and tan - but it's actually supposed to be a deep, dark blue and black. apparently only young eyes see it like that - which doesn't bode well for the crowd in here

all the pics I see are white and gold...there is one that gets more shadowed and another that is like in total shadow...but I get no Black and Gold
