Tibs, I had a Pionus Parrot named Gabby. Taught her the F word. Big mistake. She used it every chance she got, including "uck Gabby". She couldn't say F. She told everyone .... you! Then would try to kiss you. When we would try to trim her wings, we were left bloodied and in ruins while she strutted around using the bad word and saying "I love you" right afterward. She died suddenly several years ago. One in a million.

Getting old sucks Bear. I now use "readers" for close-up work (dang fine-print gets finer every year). This is a new decision. I finally swallowed my pride since I work on the computer all day. However, it's mostly fine as I could always "zoom" stuff to get rid of that stupid stats thing on the right anyway. Small print on menus 'n stuff was bothering me quite a bit (arm stretch).

been pretty lucky so far but got a pair of specs sitting on top of my head to decipher that tiny print in the grocery store. all the stuff i'm interested in on the packaging is barely the size of a dot!
