Lost, apparently, Deej has something going on with a shoulder - maybe a nerve impingement?- that has resulted numbness in one of his hands, and he caught the flu, so he has both of those on top of the foot problems.

Unpleasant. It rained and now the humidity is terrible. Dad's due to arrive (either on his

until the last possible moment. And then, frequent kitchen activities to cool off. dessert WILL be
indoors.

For as many years as I've been doing Father's Day here, outdoors (since '88, I believe), there have been
just a handful of times the weather has been cooperative. Can't fight it.
